On December 20, 2017, Guangming Daily and Nanjing University jointly hosted the "2017 Chinese Think Tank Governance and Thought Theory Spreading Peak Forum " in Beijing. The forum published the results of CTTI (China think tank index) 2017 performance report, the latest version of CTTI source think tank directory, the construction progress ofsecond phase, and evaluation report on the impact of think tank network.
The forum was designed to better promote all walks of life to study and implement the spirit of The 19th National Congress of CPC, start up a new journey of food safety risk management, explore the innovation method of thought theory research and diffusion in the new media era, and promote the healthy development of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics. The former director of the research office of the state council, wei liqun, attended the conference and gave high praise. Professor Wu Linhai, the chief expert of the food safety risk management research institute of our school, the researcher Zhang Chunhua and others attended the forum.
After preliminary screening, expert voting and final audit, eight high-quality results were selected from over 100 entries, and were exhibited in the forum. “The food safety checking large data mining analysis platform and its application” which was declared by the key cultivation of think tanks of Jiangsu Province and food safety risk management institute of Jiangnan university was successful selected, and was the first to relese in the forum.
“The food safety checking large data mining analysis platform and its application” research results which was developed by our university think tank firstly used the semantic analysis, data mining to analyse and apply food safety sampling data in the domestic. It has realized the automatic collection and cleaning of food sampling and inspection announced by the state administration of food and drug administration and the website of the food and drug administration of the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The group by a more accurate definition of food classification, and with the aid of machine learning techniques, has carried on the precise matching of nearly three years of sampling 62379 food with the corresponding categories of classification and the corresponding secondary classification, which improved the data quality. The platform added the risk factor of human factors, the risk factor of nature and technical factors and 1092 risk keywords. The research through the mining analysis of the data collected from the platform, analysed the produce the main problems of food quality safety risk, found that the principal causes of food quality safety risk, pointed out that the need to focus on a larger security risks of food safety problems, in order to assist the government regulators early warning, effectively prevent food safety risks, implement preventive food safety events by the fire to prevent afterwards.
Since food safety risk management institute of Jiangnan university be approved the key cultivation of think tanks of Jiangsu Province, closely around the theme of the food safety risk management, under the guidance of modern social governance theory, build a framework of food safety risk of social work theory with Chinese characteristics, explore the use of advanced scientific research means such as big data. The results cover a wide range of fields, serve the government, pay attention to the people's livelihood, and have aroused great concern from all walks of life.
